Description of Service
Focus Pro is a subscription-based planning application that provides tools such as a weekly planner, habit tracking, and related productivity features. Features may change over time.
Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record. You authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All applicable taxes are handled by Lemon Squeezy depending on your location.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us at support@focusplanpro.com within 7 days of your initial payment with your account email. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with system security, scraping, reverse engineering, or using the service to violate laws or third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
Focus Pro and all related content, branding, and software are owned by Focus Pro or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal or internal business purposes.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms or if required to comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focus Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
